Mô tả công việc

- Operating and performing tasks in aligned with the regulations, rules of the safety and participating in implementing safety, LOTO, improvement activities to maintain a safe environment in the working responsibility.

Vận hành và thực hiện các công việc theo đúng qui định, nội qui an toàn lao động và tham gia thực hiện các hoạt động cải tiến.

- Implementing quality checks to ensure product quality and process conditions in aligned with quality standards, regulations, procedures and participating improvement actions & activities to prevent quality problems on the packaging line.

Thực hiện việc kiểm tra chất lượng để đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm.

- Operating all machines/equipment of lines in packaging based on the WIs SOPs, SDs,… and full fill record to ensure the operations are done properly. Contribute to improvement activities in the packaging process to achieve the equipment/line performance.

Vận hành tất cả máy móc, thiết bị của dây chuyền đóng gói dựa trên WIs, SOPs...

- Executing and involving in activities & UPS Improvement/AM teams, CILT 5S , Shop floor excellence, Visual Management…actively to ensure all, machines/equipment and workplace compliance with standard requirements and optimize to improve machine and workplace performance.

Thực hiện và tham gia vào các hoạt động & nhóm Cải tiến UPS / AM, CILT 5S, Quản lý shop floor, Quản lý trực quan… tích cực để đảm bảo tất cả, máy móc / thiết bị và nơi làm việc tuân thủ các yêu cầu tiêu chuẩn và tối ưu hóa để cải thiện hiệu suất của máy móc và nơi làm việc.

- Implementing basic maintenance tasks (CM & PM) according to standards, procedures and actively participating in some TPM improvement activities, (RCFA, Minor stops, breakdown reduction…) to safeguard all machines/equipment.

Thực hiện bảo trì cơ bản theo tiêu chuẩn, qui trình.

- Participating in the overhaul activities to ensure the longevity for all machines/ equipment.

Tham gia các hoạt động đại tu nhằm đảm bảo tuổi thọ cho toàn bộ máy móc, thiết bị.

- Ensuring all activities in shift must be recorded and reported accurately and timely to superiors and to other operators of the next shift to follow.

Đảm bảo các hoạt động trong ca phải được ghi chép và báo cáo chính xác, kịp thời cho cấp trên và các nhân viên vận hành khác của ca sau cùng theo dõi.

- Must be able to trace back data for weekly & monthly report.

Có thể truy xuất dữ liệu để làm báo cáo hàng tuần/tháng.

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết

- University/College graduate in Mechatronics/ Mechanical/ Electrician

Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Cơ điện tử/ Cơ khí/ Điện.

- Reading and comprehension the Technical English terms

Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật bằng tiếng Anh.

- Being good in computer skill (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel..)

Kỹ năng sử dụng máy tính tốt (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel…)

- At least 1 year-experience in operation and maintenance

Có ít nhất 01  năm kinh nghiệm vận hành máy/bảo trì.

- Careful, hardworking, high disciplined awareness

Cẩn thận, chăm chỉ, ý thức kỷ luật cao

- Problem solving & Analysis skills

Kỹ năng xử lý tình huống, phân tích dữ liệu

- Good Behavior, Collaboration

Thái độ tốt, hợp tác với đồng nghiệp

- Prefer candidates who live near the company (Thuong Tin District) to better handle the problem in task.

Ưu tiên ứng viên ở gần nhà máy (Huyện Thường Tín).

- Work in shift.
