Now we are searching for full-time contract Auditor working for HCMC, Vietnam office. We are seeking professionals to provide customized, comprehensive on-site evaluations and training in order to help our customers maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, guest experience and brand protection. These programs help our customers meet their specific quality standards through on-site evaluations and custom-designed training programs. Besides that, we provide some specific services for honey and seafood in Vietnam market.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct a food safety, brand standard and workplace health and safety evaluations at customer locations
• Complete a mutually agreeable number of audits per quarter that meets or exceeds customer expectations
• Provide specific services for Honey and Seafood programs
• Provision accurate reporting and provide effective customer communication and relationships 

Basic Qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years food technology, food service or hospitality industry-related experience; OR completed Associate’s Degree and 4+ years of food technology, food service or hospitality industry-related experience
• Travel by car, train or plane to customer locations
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as business needs dictate
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of food safety principles
• Strong verbal / communication skills
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Food safety certifications are preferred such as HACCP, ISO22000 or BRC credentials
• Experience in retail food safety and brand standards evaluations
• Strong relationship management capability and advanced consulting skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively without supervision, showing initiative, good judgment and superior decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, juggle tasks and work efficiently against deadlines
