KINH NGHIỆM là gì?

Sinh viên ra trường xin việc 10 em hết 9 em sợ chữ KINH NGHIỆM, vì đi đâu người ta cũng đòi phải có kinh nghiệm. Vậy kinh nghiệm là gì mà người ta cần nó như thế? Có nhiều cách hiểu về kinh nghiệm, nhưng 1 trong những cách hiểu phổ biến nhất đó là kinh nghiệm bằng số năm làm việc tại một công việc, vị trí nào đó. Bản thân mình sau khi tham khảo nhiều đàn anh, đàn chị trong nghề thì đi đến 1 sự đồng thuận đó là KINH NGHIỆM không được đo bằng độ dài thời gian.


Nếu anh vận hành một cái máy mười năm và mỗi ngày trong mười năm đó anh chỉ làm đúng 1 thao tác là mở cho máy chạy, đến giờ thì tắt máy thì anh không thể nói anh có kinh nghiệm 10 năm vận hành máy được, mà phải nói là công việc vận hành máy của anh nó tròn mười tuổi. Một hành động được lập lại nhiều lần không nên đánh đồng với chữ kinh nghiệm.


Định nghĩa về kinh nghiệm – Experience, theo từ điển Cambridge đó là: “Knowledge or Skill from doing, seeing, or feeling things” – Kiến thức hoặc kỹ năng đạt được từ việc thực hành, quan sát hoặc cảm nhận sự vật, hiện tượng. Vì vậy để việc mình làm được xem là kinh nghiệm thì nó cần mang đến thêm cho mình Kiến Thức và Kỹ Năng nào đó.


Quay lại một chút với các bạn sinh viên. Các bạn đừng ngại là mình không có Kinh Nghiệm khi mới ra trường, kinh nghiệm có thể không trực tiếp đạt được nhưng bạn có thể đến thông qua việc bạn quan sát, phân tích từ hoạt động của người khác mà tích lũy. Bạn có thể dùng từ “Cảm” trong trường hợp này. Vấn đề là bạn cần dấn thân để cảm được nó. Kinh nghiệm cần bạn dấn thân tham gia các hoạt động chia sẻ từ người đi trước, từ cách 1 người nào đó giải quyết vấn đề, bạn cũng có thể tìm đến các chuyên gia trong lãnh vực của mình để học thêm kinh nghiệm mà họ tích lũy được sau nhiều năm. Biến cái của người thành cái của mình là một trong những cách tích lũy kinh nghiệm nhanh nhất.
