Junior Regulatory Specialist (HCM city)

The Junior Regulatory Specialist will provide basic regulatory support to our customers to ensure that all regulatory requirements are fulfilled, according to legal requirements and corporate guidelines.

Core Responsibilities

Regulatory Support

Use Givaudan systems to complete tasks and manage data

Create technical reports and declarations for our use

Provide regulatory support to Technical & Commercial team in the development and commercialization of assigned product

Handle product registration with local authority such as import registration with VFA

Assist manager/specialist accordingly

Customer support

Interact with teams to complete Product / Safety / Regulations / Assurance / Quality activities

Create customer forms

Deliver support and meeting customer’s expectation

Respond to requests from our clients

Your professional profile includes

University / Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemical or Biology

1+ years of experience in food or flavour regulatory affairs

Fresh graduate are welcome

Technical Skills

Good English, local language essential

Good knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements

Experience with components of business processes and internal systems

Knowledge of assigned customer specific requirements

Proficient in regulatory systems
