Supply chain management cum office admin staff (Full Time)

Company: CJ BIO, Taste & Nutrition Vietnam

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in related majors (Business, Food Science, Import and export)

• Working experience over 1 year

• Word, Excel, PowerPoint skill

• Language - Good English conversation and writing skill.

• Have logical thinking, work independently, have the ability to negotiate and solve problems

• Be Part of Team and work under pressure

• Working in the office every day and diligent.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supply chain management:

Responsibility the domestic, import control process, delivery process

Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates

Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information

Support sales team for payment collection and administrative tasks

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

• Office admin

Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy

Manage travel plans, emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence

Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company

Track and replace office supplies as necessary

Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so

Other tasks assigned by line manager


• Salary: Negotiation

• 13th month salary

• Yearly salary increments and Incentive – Depend on set up KPI
