QC MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Set up a quality management system and monitor all QA/QC staff and related dept. to implement this system.
• Set up a QA/QC organization chart and headcount plan.
• To be in charge of technical management and personnel management of QA/QC dept.
• Quality management representative, responsible to work with customers or appropriate authorities on any quality matters.
• Combine with other departments in any R&D projects and report the result to the General Director every month.
• Combine with relevant departments to improve product quality and material loss.
• Combine with the R&D committee to check and confirm new products, ensure the new product meets customer requirements.
• Solving and reporting immediately any product quality problems in production or customer complaint to the General Director and follow up any corrective actions and preventive actions of related dept.
• Report quality situation and any activities of QA/QC department in monthly, quarterly, yearly, and propose the plan for next month, quarter, year.
• Contact with appropriate authorities to update any new regulation in quality management and register product quality.
• Training technicality & Product for QA/QC staff and related dept.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s/ Master Degree in Food Technology or related fields
• At least 5 years of working experience in the relevant industry in multinational companies, in which HACCP, BRC, FSSC systems are applied.
• Experience in a rice-related production company is a plus.
• Fluently English in both writing and speaking.
• Good leadership skills, Time Management skills, and problem-solving skills.
