Production Supervisor (Nha Trang City, Vietnam)

Our new ISO 22000 factory , with an area of 1000 square meters is only 15 minutes from the city center of Nha Trang.

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the production process and ensure that our products meet high-quality standards. The successful candidate will report directly to the Factory Manager and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the production, including supervising production staff.

Responsibilities:

+ Plan and schedule production runs to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

+ Supervise production staff to ensure that production targets are met and that quality standards

are maintained.

+ Monitor the production process to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.

+ Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards by implementing quality control

procedures and conducting regular checks.

+ Manage inventory levels to ensure that there is sufficient stock of raw materials and finished

products.

+ Train production staff on the use of equipment and the implementation of quality control

procedures

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and

regulations.

+ Collaborate with other departments in the factory such as Planning, QA QC and Accounting, and

the Sales, Business Support, Workshop in HCMC, to ensure that production schedules align with

sales forecasts and customer demand.

+ Participate in the development of new products and production processes.

+ Ensure that all production-related paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree in Food Technology & Processing

+ At least 3 years of experience in food production, with experience in quality control

+ Experience in ISO 22000 and HACCP

+ Strong leadership and communication skills

+ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

+ Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy

+ Familiarity with production equipment and processes

+ Integrity

+ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

+ Good command of English is a plus.

+ This role is open to local candidates only (Vietnamese)

+ He/She will report to the Factory Manager
