Key responsibilities:

+ Assist in development and preparation of food and beverage products for internal and external

evaluations

+ Support Applications Technologists in executing daily lab tasks

+ Record laboratory data using a lab notebook/soft file

+ Stock and control inventory of raw materials, flavour samples and lab supplies

+ Prepare tools, samples for presentations/ customer visits.

+ Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment in accordance with EH&S policies

Qualifications

Your professional profile includes:

+ Diploma in Food sciences / Food technology

+ 1-2 year experience in food and beverage RD is preferable

+ English: advance in speaking, listening and reading

+ Microsoft office: advance

+ Willing to learn

+ Proactive team player

+ Highly responsible, hard-working, careful, tidy.
